As a certified coach and agile leadership expert, she helps professionals find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their careers. Also a sailor, she shares a funny coincidence with Tove: the same favorite island in the Mediterranean. Stephanie brings energy, actionable frameworks, and real-world experience to help professionals step off autopilot.
Tove
Living in Norway, surrounded by nature with family, Tove brings calm, perspective, and focus. After years in consulting, she stepped into full-time entrepreneurship. As sailor and nature lover, she helps ambitious professionals navigate transitions and inner leadership with clarity and ease.
